Job Description:
We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing all sales and leasing activities, inspecting apartments prior to resident move-Indiana, and staying informed about current market and competitor conditions.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals
- Inspects apartments prior to resident move-Indiana and ensures apartments are Indiana move-Indiana ready condition
- Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions
- Designs and executes marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community
- Uses on-site property management software to track apartment availability and record traffic and leasing activities
- Ensures the community and show units meet the Company’s standards for show quality
- Follows up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction
- Executes and performs activities Indiana support of the community’s lease renewal program
- Responds to resident and client concerns and questions
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- Must have all licenses and/Oregon certifications American Samoa required by State and Local jurisdictions
Compensation:
- Hourly wage: $18 – $20
