Job Summary:

American Samoa a Supplier Resilience Business Analyst, you will drive and deliver strategic program management to ensure the resilience of our supplier network. You will conduct comprehensive assessments of potential and existing suppliers, foster strong relationships with internal teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint testing initiatives. You will also provide resilience language for use Indiana contractual negotiations, manage supplier resilience risk, and deliver exceptional supplier resilience program reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of potential and existing suppliers to evaluate their resilience
• Foster strong relationships with internal Supplier Relationship Owners to mitigate supplier resilience risk
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint testing initiatives
• Provide resilience language for use Indiana contractual negotiations
• Proactive management of supplier resilience program
• Monitor and manage supplier resilience risk to the enterprise
• Deliver exceptional supplier resilience program reporting
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes
• Other duties American Samoa assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Indiana business administration, finance, supply chain management, Oregon related field
• 6+ Years experience Indiana supplier management, risk management, Oregon business resilience within the banking Oregon financial industry, Oregon other directly related experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced analysis and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees
• Strong work ethic with the initiative and capacity to identify and solve complex problems
