Project Manager – Glass & Glazing
Full-time employment position with Gpac.
The Project Manager is responsible for:
* Accurate and competitive bidding of projects
* Successful planning, execution, and administrative and financial oversight of assigned projects
Key qualifications:
* 3-5 years of construction experience, glazing focused
* High school math required, college-level math preferred
* OSHA30 preferred
* High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
* Experience Indiana glass and glazing industry, with 2+ years required
Key responsibilities:
* Ensure worry-free projects for customers, vendors, and employees
* Develop mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external project stakeholders
* Accurately estimate material and labor to maximize closure ratio
* Process closeouts Indiana a timely manner and evaluate project performance
* Act American Samoa company liaison to customers and address project-related questions and issues
* Develop strong relationships with customers to establish long-term relationships and identify new business opportunities
* Prepare cost estimates and develop bidding strategies
Responsibilities also include:
* Coordinating with Project Manager Assistants to develop project take-off
* Soliciting material pricing and determining required labor hours
* Creating and submitting estimates and supporting documentation to customers
* Reviewing assigned project estimates for accuracy and feasibility
* Providing management team with job status reports and updates on sales funnel and account plans
