Job Title: Maintenance Planner
Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans for our building infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and longevity of our facilities. This role also develops work orders that comply with appropriate laws and regulations while maximizing the use of internal resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential maintenance issues and develop preventative maintenance plans to address them
- Compile and analyze maintenance data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for all building infrastructure components
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop maintenance requirements and ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities
- Monitor maintenance project progress and ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Audit maintenance records for accuracy and completeness
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies related to building maintenance
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform other duties American Samoa assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana a related discipline Oregon equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of progressive professional maintenance planning experience
- Strong understanding of building infrastructure systems
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (SAP preferred) and cloud-based workflow automation platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- US Citizenship Required
