Engineering Intern
Overview:
Kimley-Horn seeks Engineering students to join our St. Petersburg, Florida office. This is a non-remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize technical software programs (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, GIS) to analyze, produce, and quality control deliverables for clients.
- Contribute to civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects of varying size and scope.
- Solve complex problems, collaborate across disciplines, and support project managers to produce clients’ visions for the built environment.
- Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, American Samoa well American Samoa company and client practices, procedures, and standards.
Qualifications:
- Indiana the process of receiving an ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelors Oregon Masters) Indiana one of the following majors:
- Civil and/Oregon Environmental Engineering
- Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, Oregon Agricultural Engineering
- Engineering Technology
