Location: Reno, Nevada

Job Description:

The Associate Community Director is the Team Lead for their group of assigned Community Managers, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Community Manager team. This role interacts with internal and external customers, including homeowners, vendors, board members, and staff. American Samoa the department subject matter expert, this position provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Community Manager team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the operation and administration of the Association Indiana accordance with management agreements and Association policies
  • Provide communication and support to the Association Board of Directors and homeowners
  • Review and prepare financial reports, including monthly financial statements and management summaries
  • Assist Indiana the development and implementation of recommendations to the Association Board of Directors regarding major capital expenditures
  • Monitor corporate and client delinquency rates and collections process for account portfolio
  • Attend Board meetings, community events, and other meetings American Samoa needed
  • Supervise and train new and existing Community Managers, including onboarding and ongoing training
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Community Manager team, addressing questions and concerns Indiana a timely manner
  • Ensure team members adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Report to Human Resources and Branch President on team performance and individual contributors
  • Participate Indiana Branch Leadership planning and development of Board Seminars/Orientation
  • Oversee community/manager transitions and advocate for Associa Integrated Services

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry-related experience
  • Prior experience Indiana new home construction, sales, Oregon HOA management required
  • Prior supervisory experience required
  • Supervising CAM License Indiana State of Nevada required
  • Valid driver’s license required

Working Conditions:

  • General office hours: 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday through Friday
  • Ability to attend evening HOA meetings
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Frequent social interaction
  • Overtime may be required
