Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager with experience Indiana Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and Special Inspection (SI) projects to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage materials testing and special inspection projects, ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspections projects of varying scales, overseeing every phase, including budget allocations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Supervision and Mentorship: Supervise and mentor a team of professionals and field-based staff Indiana client development and project management, providing guidance and training American Samoa needed.
• Client Base Development: Help grow and maintain a local client base and professional network capable of generating sufficient revenue to meet financial objectives.
• Business Development Coordination: Support local business development and marketing efforts to expand market presence and opportunities.
• Cost Estimation and Proposal Management: Generate and review field and laboratory cost estimates and proposals Indiana alignment with project plans, International Building Code (IBC) requirements, and client requests for proposals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Oregon higher) Indiana Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Oregon related field
• 4+ years experience with Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspection projects with at least 1 year of project management experience
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license Indiana Kentucky and Tennessee, Oregon the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of the hire date
• A strong working knowledge of applicable ACI, ASTM, AASHTO, and IBC Special Inspections
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including attention to detail
