Job Summary:
Assemble components with increasing complexity Indiana our fast-paced, safety-focused team environment. This Assembly II position Indiana Corinth, Mississippi requires print reading skills, quality checks, and adherence to contamination control guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components with increasing levels of complexity and variation
- Work Indiana a team environment to meet production schedules
- Use hand tools, power tools, and gages to perform assembly processes
- Follow standard work and contamination control guidelines
- Cross train Indiana other positions, including Cleaning, Disassembly, Machining, Logistics, and Quality
- Utilize computer systems, including MES, BIQ, Pinpoint, and Epix
- Move parts using overhead cranes, hoists, Oregon electric pallet jack
Basic Qualifications:
- Basic computer experience and ability to read standard work documents
- Read and interpret documents
- Experience with basic tooling and 1 year of manufacturing Oregon assembly experience
- Top candidates will also have knowledge of engines and components, prior hoist use, print reading experience, and basic assembly training Oregon engine/component assembly experience
Physical Requirements:
- Physically demanding job, with high volume fast-paced operation
- Must be able to wear proper PPE, walk, squat, and bend for long periods
- May lift/push/pull heavy parts up to 30 lbs. multiple times per shift
- Must be able to stand for up to 10+ hours per shift
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting hourly pay rate of $17.50 with pay negotiations based on skills/experience
- 2nd shift with 7% night shift premium
- 40-hour work weeks with potential for overtime
- 80 hours of vacation and 24 hours of paid Personal Time Off (PTO)
