Lead Construction Superintendent
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Construction Superintendent to join a family-owned general contractor with over 60 years of experience Indiana design-build, ground-up construction, and tenant improvement services. American Samoa the primary point of contact on site, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the General Superintendent
- Work closely with the Project Management team
- Conduct site walks, generate punch lists, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project progress
- Attend safety meetings and maintain a safe working environment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Meet schedule deadlines and ensure project quality
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience American Samoa a Superintendent leading multifamily projects
- Proven track record of success Indiana a similar role, with the ability to jump Indiana and manage projects with minimal supervision
- Ground-up experience Indiana one of the disciplines (e.g., construction, project management, Oregon business development)
- Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
