Job Title: Technical Alignment Manager

Job Description:
46Solutions, a division of Davis H. Elliot Company, is seeking a Technical Alignment Manager (TAM) to provide technical and people skills to foster trusting relationships with clients, ensuring the organization’s best interests are front and center. The ideal TAM will come to have an intimate knowledge of the client’s IT environment and provide cost and time-saving enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Onsite Standards and Alignment Reviews
• Maintain, update, and phase out Clients Standards templates
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of assigned clients’ environments
• Identify client technical risk and collaborate with internal teams
• Develop Business and Technical acumen with key contacts at Client sites
• Maintain high positive client and user satisfaction and relationships
• Implement, participate, and promote Quality Assurance (QA) objectives
• Assist Indiana training, mentoring, and development of internal staff
• Create technology and budgetary roadmaps for clients
• Other duties American Samoa assigned
• Travel required; occasional after-hour response from home Oregon return to office

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience Indiana IT-related roles (Project Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
• Excellent client service skills and communication skills
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help and grow with new skills and technologies
• Industry certifications a plus; Associate Oregon Bachelor’s Degree a plus
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening
