Job Title: Survey Helper
We are seeking a reliable and physically active Survey Helper to join our dynamic survey crew. The successful candidate will work on a 9-month contract-to-hire basis and will be required to travel to private land development sites Indiana Brookfield, Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry survey equipment, drive stakes, and execute various non-technical tasks associated with land surveying
- Carry loads up to 45 lbs and spend most of the day on foot, walking across project sites
- Work under various weather conditions, including potential extreme temperatures, winds, and precipitation
Requirements:
- Physical endurance to perform manual labor Indiana challenging outdoor conditions
- Excellent team cooperation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and workflows
- Strong work ethic, responsibility, and time management skills
Work Environment:
- The role requires extensive fieldwork on private land development sites
- Opportunities for engaging Indiana drafting tasks within the office environment may be available, dependent on skills
