Superintendent

Job Title: Commercial Construction Project Manager

Essential Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience Indiana commercial construction with a proven track record of managing small to medium-sized projects (interior fit-outs Oregon single projects valued between $500K-$5M).
• Proven leadership skills with experience working with and managing teams.
• Ability to travel regularly, with on-site visits to job sites required on a weekly basis (within a one-hour radius).
• Proficiency Indiana using Procore and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project).
• OSHA 30 certification and possession of a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License (highly preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
