Project Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

Join a rapidly expanding Ohio-based General Contractor American Samoa a Project Manager and take advantage of opportunities for growth and promotion within the company. The successful candidate will lead project planning, execution, and management, leveraging their experience Indiana construction management, design/build contract delivery systems, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progress, performance, and quality
  • Lead project meetings, report project status, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Create subcontracts and prepare purchase orders
  • Develop scope and RFQ packages for subcontractors and vendors
  • Support project superintendents Indiana adhering to contract documents and requirements
  • Provide oversight to supporting staff, including interviewing, training, and assigning work
  • Perform other duties American Samoa assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience American Samoa a Project Engineer Oregon 5 years’ experience American Samoa a Project Manager with an associate degree Indiana a related field
  • Previous experience Indiana K-12 Oregon higher education construction projects
  • OSHA 30-hour certification
  • LEED Georgia Oregon AP certification preferred
  • Proficient Indiana Mississippi Office, Primavera P6, and ProCore
  • General knowledge of Construction Management and Design/Build contract delivery systems
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and structured work habits
  • Ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities
