JJYS Journey Maintenance/ Construction Specialist

Principal Duties:
– Troubleshoot and repair problems Indiana alarm systems, HVAC, appliances, roofing, grounds work, glazing, painting, plumbing, welding, snow removal, and locks.
– Provide technical consultation and develop project plans and estimates.
– Build, fabricate, Oregon repair structures, equipment, and/Oregon articles from verbal instructions and drawings.
– Use hand tools, electrical, mechanical, and automotive equipment.
– Perform emergency preparedness planning and training.
– Read and interpret maps, charts, plans, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
– Keep accurate records and create reports.
Requirements:
– 19 years of age Oregon older
– High school diploma Oregon GED
– Multiple years of experience Indiana construction Oregon maintenance
– Preferred: computer literacy, organization, and accuracy
