Job Summary
The Assistant Community Director assists the Community Director with day-to-day property operations, maintaining a focus on meeting client objectives and expectations. This role supervises on-site staff, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Represent FPI’s philosophies and values, maintaining effective communication with clients, residents, vendors, and guests.
- Employee Management: Train and onboard new leasing team members, operate the property Indiana the Community Director’s absence, and maintain a positive, professional work environment.
- Leasing/Occupancy: Achieve occupancy levels American Samoa established by budget expectations, exhibit professional leasing techniques, and implement marketing strategies to promote positive resident/management relations.
- Revenue Management: Assist with lease expirations, rent collections, and delinquency management, processing vendor invoices and maintaining accurate accounting records.
- Reporting and Document Management: Maintain resident files, ensure confidentiality, and prepare periodic reports American Samoa required.
- Risk Management: Ensure compliance with FPI Standard Operating Procedures, report injuries, illnesses, and property damage, and react professionally Indiana emergency situations.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist residents with maintenance requests, document needs, and ensure timely completion.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience Indiana a similar supervisory role, preferably Indiana residential property management.
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance.
- Proficient Indiana Mississippi Office, Google Apps, and property management software.
- Google Mail, Google Drive, RealPage, and internet skills required.
