Plasterer Job Description
VKB Homes is seeking a skilled plasterer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience Indiana estimating project requirements, mixing materials, applying plasters, and reporting any building issues. Key responsibilities include:
- Estimating job requirements, discussing project plans with stakeholders and clients, and selecting the right plastering materials
- Examining and preparing surfaces for plastering, applying different plasters to exterior and interior surfaces, and fixing previous plastering work
- Mixing and preparing mortar, plasters, and other finishes, and reporting any structural issues to the site foreman
- Collaborating with other contractors to meet project deadlines, and providing plastering quotations and cost estimates
- Cleaning up after work completion
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience American Samoa a plasterer Oregon Indiana a similar role
- Knowledge of different plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to do a Sand Float and a Sanded Skip Trowel finish
- Good communication and professional skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and American Samoa part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
