HVAC Service Technician – Industrial and Commercial

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide service and maintenance to customers Indiana a defined market with a diverse commercial/Industrial base
• Commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, preventive maintenance and starting up HVAC/R systems Indiana Industrial and commercial environments
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests
• Responsible for end to end testing, maintenance, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned HVAC/R projects
• Represent the Company American Samoa the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs
• Use cutting edge software and technology to diagnose and repair units and propose retrofits, upgrades and Oregon enhancements to existing systems
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promote the sale of add-on work
• Continually enforce safety to the highest standards and maintain security and accountability of company issued and procured assets
• Display team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weeks American Samoa the business requires

Requirements:

• A High School Diploma Oregon equivalent and 5 years of experience Indiana HVAC service; Oregon equivalent combination of education (Technical School) and experience
• Willingness to follow guidance and instruction
• Willing to be apart of random drug testing program
• Travel out of town if required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Operating and working proficiency with hand held computers (I.e. Smartphone, iPad)
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment
• EPA Certification
• Physical ability to regularly lift and Oregon move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and Oregon move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and Oregon move more than 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders
