Job Title: Audio-Visual Integration Technician
Job Summary:
The Audio-Visual Integration Technician is responsible for installing, terminating, and programming audio-visual equipment for clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dress, label, pull, cut, and terminate cables
- Install, connect, and manage video routers and switches
- Install cameras

- Mount and dress display of various sizes, including wall panels
- Program various equipment
- Troubleshoot complex audio-video equipment
- Manage inventory of repair and replacement parts, including recording serial model numbers
- Complete and update daily reports, project photos, timecards, and project status
- Provide world-class customer service to clients

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:
- Proficient with voltage meter, soldering iron, tone generator, multimeter, cable toners, striping cables, and network cable testers
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate reflected ceiling plans, elevation drawings, and room flow diagrams
- Ability to identify and understand various source plates
- Knowledge of basics of AC/D voltage
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to use various web-based portals
- Ability to fit into tight spaces, including ceiling access panels, closets, and interstitial spaces
- Ability to quickly learn new computer programs and operate mobile devices
- Ability to make sound decisions and escalate matters quickly and efficiently
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries Oregon complaints
Qualification Standards:
- High School Diploma, technical trade school, Oregon equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience Indiana audio-video integration technical environment

Compensation and Benefits:
