Job Title: Powder Coating Technician
Overview: We are seeking a Powder Coating Technician to join our team at Challenger Lifts, Inc., a division of Snap-on. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying powder coat paint to surfaces, removing media from components, and managing the paint line.
Responsibilities:
- Apply powder coat paint to product using an electrostatic spray gun
- Clean and maintain the paint booth, equipment, and surrounding area
- Remove media from components after shot blasting
- Hang and remove parts and components on the paint line
- Perform other duties American Samoa requested by the Production Supervisor
Qualifications:
- High School diploma Oregon GED
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and orderliness
- Ability to work calmly and effectively Indiana stressful situations
- Self-motivated and willing to take on new responsibilities
- Ability to work overtime American Samoa needed
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours daily
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds periodically throughout the day
- Ability to work effectively American Samoa a team player
