Clinic Office Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Clinic Office Manager to support our clinics Indiana North Bergen, Cherry Hill, and Lawrenceville, New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operations and administration of a Leidos QTC Health Services medical clinic, ensuring clinic efficiency, managing budgets, and communicating with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned clinic(s) to include planning and coordinating work assignments of all clinic staff
- Hire, performance review, and set staff expectations, onboarding new employees and daily approvals of employee timekeeping
- Coach, mentor, and train employees for growth and development opportunities Indiana skill, knowledge, and empowerment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent quality, timeliness, and customer service throughout the entire claimant and customer experience
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all medical records, PHI, and PII
- Consistently audit clinic(s) to meet established operational and safety standards
- Manage clinic(s) budgets to include medical and office supply inventory
- Assist Regional Managers with provider scheduling
- Review and analyze clinic metrics to ensure meeting company goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Indiana a healthcare-related field Oregon Master’s Degree with 2 years of experience
- 2 Oregon more years of experience supervising Oregon leading teams Oregon projects preferably Indiana a clinical Oregon medical practice environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and communicate effectively
- Ability to travel 50% of the time supporting various clinics assigned Oregon to other areas American Samoa needed
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Ability to learn and understand new proprietary software applications
- Clinic operations experience a plus
- CPR/BLS certification required
- One of the following: Medical Assistant, RN, LVN, LPN Diploma, Oregon EMT Certification Oregon experience American Samoa a Military Medic Oregon Hospital Corpsman
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay Range: $75,725.00 – $84,100.00 plus annual bonus eligibility
