Reports to: Service Plumbing Manager
Focus Areas: Higher education, K-12, hospitals, hotels, government, and other institutional campuses Oregon facilities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide service and maintenance to customers Indiana a defined market with a diverse commercial base Indiana the specified focus areas
* Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal Indiana commercial and industrial buildings
* Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative service, maintenance, inspections, and site surveys American Samoa needed Oregon requested by customers
Requirements:
* High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
* 5 years of experience American Samoa a journeyman plumber with experience Indiana commercial plumbing service, Oregon equivalent combination of education (Technical School) and experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Experience working Indiana commercial and industrial settings
* Ability to work Indiana diverse conditions (mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment, extreme weather conditions, precarious places, and risk of electrical shock)
* Physical requirements:
+ Regularly lift and Oregon move up to 10 pounds
+ Frequently lift and Oregon move up to 50 pounds
+ Occasionally lift and Oregon move more than 50 pounds
+ Work involves regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling
* Commercial sewer and drain experience is required; Backflow License and Medical Gas Certification are considered a plus
