Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to play a critical role Indiana managing construction quality and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. American Samoa a Quality Assurance Manager, you will conduct thorough inspections of our homes, identify and document defects, and collaborate with construction teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality assurance inspections of entire homes, focusing on materials, workmanship, and compliance with approved plans, specifications, local building codes, and scopes of work.
- Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-compliance issues.
- Collaborate with construction teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Audit QC inspections at various stages of construction, from foundation to final finishes.
- Evaluate the work of trade partners and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, including photographs and written reports.
- Communicate effectively with community teams, customers, and other Lennar associates to convey inspection results, recommendations, and areas requiring improvement.
- Participate Indiana meetings to discuss quality-related matters and provide input on project progress.
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent (Associate’s Oregon Bachelor’s degree Indiana a relevant field is a plus)
- Relevant certification Indiana construction codes is preferred, American Samoa well American Samoa strong plan reading ability
- Previous experience Indiana construction quality inspection Oregon a related role is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes
- Attention to detail and excellent observational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient Indiana using inspection tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and Indiana a team environment
- Familiarity with construction management software (BuildPro & Sales Force) is a plus
- Physical fitness and willingness to work Indiana outdoor and construction site environments
