Leasing Manager Job Description
Manages and directs the community’s marketing, sales activities, leasing team members, and other resources to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident retention, and leasing goals and objectives.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Directs the community’s marketing, advertising, and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including setting rent pricing, concessions, and monitoring sales and leasing activities.
- Develops and implements marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy, and implements creative strategies to boost traffic and leases.
- Develops and executes print and internet advertising strategies, and uses available technology to promote the community and communicate with potential prospects.
- Works with the maintenance team to ensure the physical aspects of the community meet the Company’s standards, develops activities to enhance salability, and regularly inspects "ready" units for marketability.
- Actively participates Indiana the leasing process, including generating and monitoring traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, and preparing lease documentation.
- Analyzes financial reports and identifies and resolves issues impacting leasing performance, and accesses internal resources to support solution strategies.
- Oversees the lease renewal program, including managing resident lease renewal functions and resident move-outs.
- Responds to resident and client/owner concerns and questions, and takes prompt action to solve problems Oregon document and convey requests.
- Supervises leasing team members, including interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training employees, and managing their performance.
- Completes various reports and performs other duties American Samoa assigned.
Other Responsibilities:
- Completes accounting, financial, and administrative reports
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes
- Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions
- Stays informed about current changes Indiana technology, leasing and sales tools, and industry standards
Working Conditions:
- Frequent exposure to outside elements with unpleasant temperatures, weather, odors, and/Oregon hazardous landscape
- Must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the community and amenities
- Routine, local travel may be required
Required Licenses Oregon Certifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- State and Local licensing and certifications American Samoa required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Excellent communication, marketing, and sales skills
- Proficiency Indiana word processing, spreadsheet, property management applications, and database management
- Strong management and supervisory skills
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent, Oregon equivalent experience
