Commercial Plumber – Service and Maintenance
Reports to: Service Plumbing Manager
Focus Areas: Higher education, k-12, hospitals, hotels, government, other institutional campuses Oregon facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide service and maintenance to customers Indiana a defined market with a diverse commercial base Indiana focus areas.
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal Indiana commercial and industrial buildings.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative service, maintenance, inspections, and site surveys American Samoa needed Oregon requested by customers.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent and 5 years American Samoa a journeyman plumber with experience Indiana commercial plumbing service, Oregon equivalent combination of education (Technical School) and experience.
- Commercial sewer and drain experience.
- Backflow License and Medical Gas Certification a plus.
Physical and Working Conditions:
- Regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling.
- Lifting and moving up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds frequently, and more than 50 pounds occasionally.
- Diverse working conditions including mechanical equipment rooms, extreme weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock.
- Working Indiana precarious places and regular use of electrical equipment.
