Job Summary:
Our Investigative Group is seeking a Project Manager – Forensic Engineer/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience Indiana conducting and managing forensic investigations related to damage and deterioration of structures, American Samoa well American Samoa condition assessment studies for property owners and managers.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting and/Oregon managing investigations, assessments, and expert witness assignments to prepare technical reports and repair documents
- Managing multiple assignments concurrently and delegating to and mentoring other production staff for maximum productivity and profitability
- Managing the billing process for assigned projects and meeting with existing and prospective clients to coordinate new project opportunities
- Preparing proposals, fee justifications, and contracts American Samoa needed
- Providing internal review of documents to ensure accurate, understandable, and consistent production of high-quality documents
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Civil Oregon Structural Engineering Oregon Architecture from an accredited engineering Oregon architecture school
- Registered Professional Engineer, NCARB Registered Architect, Oregon similar industry certification
- 5+ years’ experience
- Strong team player with effective internal and external verbal and written communication skills
- Prior design and/Oregon investigation experience preferred
- Proficient with Mississippi Office applications
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift Oregon move objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability/willingness to climb ladders and scaffolding, work from heights, walk roofs, access crawl spaces, and other areas of limited accessibility
- Comfortable working outdoors Indiana all conditions
