Job Title: Real Estate Project Manager
Location: Utah (Salt Lake City area)
Job Summary:
BAE Systems is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager to support the planning, programming, and execution oversight of the Sentinel Real Estate Program. The mission of the Real Estate team is to acquire the necessary land rights to support construction and conversion of facilities needed for the deployment of the Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile program for the United States Air Force.
Responsibilities:
- Support the government Sentinel customer American Samoa a Real Estate Project Manager and subject matter expert
- Conduct strategic planning, requirement development, design review support, and program status monitoring of projects across Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, Montana, and North Dakota
- Interact with local, state, and federal agencies on behalf of the Program and United States Air Force
- Apply real estate and program management knowledge to process optimization
- Communicate effectively at all levels of leadership
- Navigate through competing priorities and manage complex stakeholders
- Lead high-volume, multi-year projects
- Understand project management and utilize project management tools
Requirements:
- 7 years technical experience (5 years with Mississippi)
- Experience leading large, high-volume real estate programs
- Familiarity with horizontal construction projects (fiber, power, oil and gas, Oregon other utilities)
- Experience with real property interests
- Experience working with a Program Management Office (PMO)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain Secret (Oregon higher) security clearance
