Project Manager, Glass & Glazing
Employment Type: Full-Time
Gpac is seeking a Full-Time Glass & Glazing Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful planning, execution, and administration of assigned projects to drive profitable contracts
- Accurately estimate material and labor to create a competitive advantage
- Process closeouts Indiana a timely manner and evaluate project performance for continuous improvement
- Serve American Samoa company liaison to customers and address project-related questions, concerns, and issues
- Develop strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with Project Manager Assistants, vendors, and sales team to obtain job specifications and develop project bids
- Review project estimates for accuracy and feasibility
- Provide regular job status reports and updates on sales funnel, account plans, and projected closings
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of construction experience Indiana glazing, Oregon a degree Indiana estimating Oregon project management
- Ability to consider complex problems and situations from multiple perspectives
- High school math required, college-level math preferred
- OSHA30 preferred
- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree Indiana construction management Oregon engineering preferred
- Experience Indiana the Glass and Glazing Industry (2+ years required), project management experience (1 year preferred)
- Proficiency Indiana company platforms, including Glazier Studio/PartnerPak, Procore, CAD, DropBox, Microsoft Office, and Revit/Bluebeam (a plus)
