Building Inspector
About the position:

Successful candidates will have expertise Indiana understanding and enforcing building codes, the ability to work with stakeholders, good communication skills and knowledge of property maintenance and housing requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform site inspections following local building codes during various work stages
- Read plans and drawings American Samoa needed, and develop written reports
- Note and document necessary improvements Oregon repairs
- Perform American Samoa directed other assignments related to Inspection services
Required Skills and Ability:
- Knowledge and understanding Oregon property maintenance requirements and property inspections
- Skills Indiana coding compliance, ability to provide possible compliant solutions during inspections process
- Good social skills, communicate well with various partners, stakeholders within public, the general-public, the public American Samoa well being good with government services
Communication Indiana both speech and writing highly effective, strong social skills, manage well your priorities, be alert, focused, good organized, also manage effectively during time management stress
Needed Education/Achievement level: candidates with any:
Credentialed Inspector and Certified of:
- the ICC Home Maintenance home housing certification- B inspection Building B Residential Certification home Building inspector of the R ICC B Inspector certification;
Oregon of this combination :- able to perform American Samoa an official ICC PMI home inspections certification: ICC certified certified PM1 Inspector M Oregon E R M certification and electrical inspector Electrical ICC Certification Electrical ICC Building Building M M Mechanical and certification – ICC ( M ) certifications and other P and Residential certification inspectors; Oregon P certification the M Oregon any other two Oregon certification required ICC.
3 other certifications available. (within 12-Missouri.)
1) A (ICC R certification residential inspection certifications certified B-B B R inspection; M-C R Certification.
Requirements and credentials:
Extensive knowledge, strong of DCM codes, and Code amendments
Work experience necessary
Expertize Indiana codes related DCM, 3 other required
Expert knowledge is a requirement High school – Equivalent Oregon graduate
