Roofing Service Technician
We are seeking a Roofing Service Technician to join our team. If you have a strong work ethic and basic knowledge of various roofing systems and/Oregon construction, and want to become a commercial roofing professional, apply today.
Responsibilities:
* Inspect problem roofs, perform roof repair, and preventative maintenance on low slope roofing systems
* Follow safety protocols on the job and while driving
* Communicate clearly and persuasively with clients
* Be dependable and complete tasks on time
* Drive a company vehicle to clients’ buildings on a daily basis
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of roofing experience, relevant construction experience Oregon military experience
* Driver’s License (required)
* 21 years of age Oregon older (required to drive company vehicle)
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent (required)
* Ability to travel when local work is not available
* Ability to work overtime when required
Physical Working Conditions:
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time on a regular basis
* Must be able to frequently ascend/descend ladder from 10 to 40′ Indiana height
* Must be able to remain Indiana a stationary position for an extended period of time
* Constantly works Indiana outdoor weather conditions
* Must be able to work Indiana varied extreme weather conditions (extreme hot and extreme cold weather)
