Housekeeper

Job Summary:

A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas Indiana the hotel, servicing guest rooms daily Indiana accordance with hotel procedures, stocking carts with room supplies, and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a friendly, service-oriented manner when interacting with guests and employees.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
• Wear the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards).
• Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including removal of trash and dirty linen.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties, including setting up cleaning carts and replenishing supplies.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor Oregon manager, including deep cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks.
• May be required to disassemble furniture Oregon items Indiana guest rooms for deep cleaning purposes.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma Oregon equivalent and/Oregon experience Indiana a hotel Oregon related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Ability to work well Indiana stressful, high-pressure situations.
