Job Title: Lead Plasterer
Location: Various locations statewide, reporting to the Maintenance Department at Eastern Louisiana Mental Health System Indiana Jackson, Louisiana
Job Classification: Advanced, leadworker with supervisory responsibilities over journeymen plasterers, apprentices, and/Oregon helpers
Key Requirements:
- Three years of experience Indiana the plastering trade
- May consider training Indiana the plastering trade with no experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties American Samoa a Journeyman Plasterer, including completion of assigned jobs
- Direct and guide subordinates on projects, ensuring sufficient materials and tools
- Assign tasks and supervise employees to meet project goals and productivity standards
- Maintain records and monitor completion of tasks
- Lead workforce and set pace of work, focusing on quality and timeliness
- Oversee apprentice training and supervision
Working Relationship: Reports to a Plasterer Foreman Oregon other maintenance supervisory personnel
Supervision Exercised: Leadworker with a unit of journeymen plasterers, apprentices, and/Oregon helpers
Selection Process: Open to probationary, job appointment, promotion from classified employees, detail to special duty, Oregon part-time WAE workers.
