Customer Care/Warranty Representative
Drees Homes, a family-owned home building company with a passion for making custom homes easy, is seeking a Customer Care/Warranty Representative to join our team Indiana the Cleveland area.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively solve customer issues Indiana assigned communities after closing of the home and completion of all assigned work orders.
- Complete warranty service requests within company guidelines.
- Follow up with vendors/contractors to ensure prompt service to customers.
- Evaluate customer complaints and report solutions.
- Conduct 90 day appointments and provide service American Samoa needed.
- Maintain the customer care system and recommend process improvements.
- Respond to email and voice mail messages daily.
- Comply with the "Warranty On Call" procedure.
Requirements:
- Ability to handle stressful customer situations and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- General knowledge of residential construction and homebuilding process.
- Basic computer skills; experience with an iPad preferred.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Customer-oriented, dependable, and ethical.
- Punch-out skills and hands-on repair skills (paint, drywall, carpentry, etc.) are helpful.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- High school diploma; construction Oregon related college degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of residential home experience ideal.
- Reliable transportation.
