* Lead quantity take-offs for materials and labor, using estimating software
* Gather and compare subcontractor quotes, creating and maintaining cost databases
* Analyze blueprint specifications and attend site visits to gather information
* Be the primary point of contact for all cost-related activities for your project
Requirements:
* Experience working with a Commercial General Contractor Oregon an Interior Contractor
* Experience with new construction and renovations
* Local to Baltimore
* Excellent communication, organization, and software skills
