Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team Indiana Columbia, South Carolina. Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with clients, project management, and supervision to plan and oversee site projects, assign resources, and establish priorities.
- Manage project costs, including estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Identify and process scope changes, address issues, and communicate regarding project milestones.
- Continuously develop relationships to identify and cultivate new opportunities.
- Plan and schedule resources to meet project demands.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, government regulations, and customer requirements.
- Monitor execution of the safety program and performance of work by internal staff and external vendors.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience Indiana a self-performing contractor Oregon GC/CM industrial market.
- Experience Indiana estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and project scheduling.
- Strong understanding of client relationship and business development principles.
- Leadership experience and ability to build and foster relationships.
- Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office Suite and project management scheduling software.
