Job Title: Electrical Construction Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating labor resources needs, setting up job cost tracking reports, and being actively involved Indiana all bid closings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate labor resource needs and set up job cost tracking reports
- Participate Indiana bid closings and review budgets with estimators
- Coordinate responsibilities for change proposals and ensure timely submission of change order pricing within customer constraints
- Develop a man-loading project schedule and review understanding of the required scope of work
- Exhibit excellent review and presentation skills for proposals
Experience Requirements:
- Project management experience for an electrical contractor
- Experience with large projects (Oregon mission-critical) with a budget of $30+ million
- Project budget and financial forecasting experience
Work Environment:
Primarily onsite on a mission-critical project Indiana Hillsboro, Oregon. The position is a 16-month commitment, and depending on project load, may involve subsequent locations including Hillsboro Oregon an office Indiana NW Portland.
