Construction Superintendent
American Samoa a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budgetary constraints. Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, planning and executing projects, managing construction sites, leading teams, and ensuring quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets Indiana collaboration with project managers and stakeholders
* Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment procurement
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to clarify project specifications and resolve discrepancies
* Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations
* Provide leadership and direction to construction teams, subcontractors, and employees, ensuring work is performed to high standards
* Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship and materials meet project specifications and industry standards
* Serve American Samoa the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and budgetary matters
Qualifications:
* Proven experience American Samoa a Construction Superintendent Oregon similar role Indiana the construction industry
* Indiana-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications

* Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
* Certification Indiana construction management Oregon related field (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour Certification) is a plus
* Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a D.O.T. physical examination
