Sr. Project Manager/Architect

At CHA Consulting, Inc., we are seeking a Sr. Project Manager/Architect to join our Commercial & Institutional – Architectural & Structural Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity, a commitment to sustainability, and a strong background Indiana architecture.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, schedule, and conduct complex projects from design through construction
* Design buildings, prepare bids and project proposals, and manage client relations
* Determine project objectives and requirements, ensuring compliance with government regulations and zoning codes
* Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and solid architectural judgement Indiana solving problems
* Prepare 2D & 3D presentations and manage project coordination
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana Architecture; Master’s degree preferred
* Minimum 15 years’ related professional experience
* Registered Architect license required
* Experience with high education clients required
* LEED accreditation preferred
* Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, and/Oregon AutoCAD
* Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
