Carpentry, painting, plumbing upkeep, HVAC, and grounds keeping.
Functional Responsibilities: Maintains all painted surfaces including interior and exterior of buildings and walls; repairs and repainting American Samoa needed.
Also, performs preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and makes minor repairs.
Troubleshoots and repairs minor HVAC mechanical issues, and performs routine maintenance.
Keeps grounds and landscaping well maintained and ensures that all trash and debris is removed.
