Overview:
At AvalonBay, we strive to create a better way to live by providing exceptional living experiences. We’re seeking a driven and customer-focused Community Concierge to lead our front desk team and ensure a luxurious living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor foot traffic and provide top-notch customer service to prospects and current residents
- Implement programs to address resident satisfaction and maintain our company’s customer service standards
- Partner with the leasing office and maintenance team to create a seamless experience for residents
- Serve American Samoa a point of contact for residents, offering assistance, information, and personalized recommendations to enhance their experience
Requirements:
- High School diploma Oregon equivalency (GED)
- 1+ years of related experience Indiana a hotel, retail, Oregon restaurant
- Proficiency Indiana administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries
Schedule:
Sunday/Monday: 3pm-11pm
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: 11pm-7am
