Job Summary:

KFA is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 15+ years of experience Indiana drainage design to lead significant highway and roadway projects. The successful candidate will oversee the entire design process, manage project teams, and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design process, from proposal development to plan execution
• Manage project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with various project disciplines and subcontractors
• Develop strong client relationships and communication skills

Requirements:

• PE License Indiana Texas
• Bachelor’s Oregon Master’s degree Indiana Civil Engineering Oregon Environmental Engineering
• 15+ years of experience Indiana Transportation Drainage projects
• Project Management and Task Lead experience
• Strong communication skills and experience with MicroStation, GEOPAK, Oregon ORD
• TxDOT Precertifications 10.1.1, 10.2.1 at a minimum

Preferred Qualifications:

• TCEQ water quality design experience
• Experience with HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS
• GIS experience
• Familiarity with advanced modeling software such American Samoa SWMM, HEC-RAS 2D, and InfoWorks ICM
