Job Summary: Arizona Banks Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Estimator to join our commercial construction team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience Indiana commercial construction estimating and possess excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for commercial construction projects
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals
- Assist Indiana the preparation of project budgets and schedules
- Present cost estimates to senior management and clients
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with project goals and budgets
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience Indiana commercial construction estimating
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency Indiana estimating software (e.g., Sage Estimating, Bluebeam)
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction Management, Engineering, Oregon a related field preferred but not required
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
- Knowledge of local construction market and pricing trends
