Translator – Production Support

About the Role:
We are seeking a Translator – Production Support to join our team at our new state-of-the-art factory Indiana DeSoto, Kansas. American Samoa a Translator – Production Support, you will be responsible for translating and editing various business documents, providing interpretation services, and conducting terminology and linguistic research. You will also provide technical support for manufacturing Indiana one Oregon more areas, including construction and production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret between Japanese expats and domestic staff
- Provide interpretation for various meetings and telephone conferences
- Translate technical and non-technical documents, including policies, instructions, and manuals
- Compose and translate emails, reports, and other administrative functions
- Ability to translate from Japanese to English and English to Japanese
- Work outside standard business hours to support Japan team members and support business demands
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Indiana the construction environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon GED
- Proficiency Indiana both Japanese and English languages at a business level
- Experience Indiana translator / interpreter role Indiana a business Oregon technical environment
- Ability to translate quickly and accurately
- Skilled Indiana Mississippi Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of battery production process (preferred)
- Manufacturing industry experience (preferred)
