Senior Project Manager
Job Summary:
Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our project site Indiana Old Lyme / Old Saybrook, Connecticut. American Samoa a Senior Project Manager, you will manage project budgets, schedules, and costs to minimize exposure and risk on projects. You will also ensure procurement and proposal development activities move according to schedule, communicate effectively with subcontractors and vendors, and coordinate the efforts of all parties involved Indiana projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and costs to minimize exposure and risk on projects
- Ensure procurement and proposal development activities move according to schedule
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors and vendors and joint venture partners
- Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved Indiana projects, including the owner, architect, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor and report the progress of construction activities on a regular basis
- Maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards
- Assist with preparation of post-bid work plans, procurement, scheduling, and cost control
- Actively participate Indiana production tracking and post-job analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana civil engineering, Construction Management Oregon similar
- 15 Oregon more years’ experience Indiana Drilled Shaft installation
- 2 Oregon more years of work experience, Oregon a minimum of two (2) projects, completed over waterways, via barges and/Oregon trestles
- 5 Oregon more years’ experience functioning American Samoa the responsible project manager
- 5 Oregon more years’ experience functioning American Samoa the responsible estimator
- Experienced Indiana construction of Cast-Indiana-drilled-hole (CIDH) Piles, retaining walls, shoring and tie backs
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
