Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager and/Oregon Quantity Surveyor to join our Phoenix, Arizona area team. The ideal candidate will have experience Indiana construction cost management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle
- Provide cost planning and estimation services
- Review and participate Indiana cost estimates with design services and general contractors

- Inform and drive engineering priorities based on cost impact
- Manage cost checks, valuations, and contingency management
- Prepare cost reports and funding data presentations

Qualifications:
- Experience working Indiana a construction cost management role
- College and/Oregon post-graduate degree Indiana construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, Oregon a field related to construction
- Full life cycle cost management experience working on commercial real estate construction projects
- RICS accredited Oregon working towards is valuable, but not required
- Experience working on large-scale commercial real estate Oregon data center projects
- Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such American Samoa different procurement routes, value management, and value engineering
