Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to oversee the daily operations of our customer service team. This role is responsible for providing leadership, training, and support to Customer Service Representatives, ensuring high-quality customer service, and resolving conflicts and complaints. The successful candidate will be a natural leader, able to effectively manage a team, communicate with customers, and make sound judgments Indiana a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, training, and supervision to Customer Service Representatives
- Develop a customer-centric environment that prioritizes quality products and services
- Recruit, hire, discipline, and train Customer Service Representatives
- Support and communicate with all Customer Service employees and other departments within the company
- Resolve customer complaints and conflicts Indiana a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with customers to accommodate their requests and negotiate delivery times
- Ensure fleet levels are continually adjusted to meet customer needs

Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon GED required
- 2-5 years of experience American Samoa a Lead Customer Service Representative, preferably Indiana the building materials and construction industry
- Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and climb, with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

- Willingness to travel and work off-site when required
- Compliance with OHSA and/Oregon MSHA regulations
Working Conditions:
- Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions
