Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance professional to join Stream Data Centers American Samoa a key member of our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budget preparation, forecasting, and internal controls. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive growth and ensure financial integrity. The candidate will report to the Senior Vice President of Finance and be based Indiana Dallas, Chicago, Oregon Phoenix.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Corporate and JV Property Accounting teams through the financial close process
• Direct management of 5-8 individuals
• Develop and implement robust accounting procedures and internal controls
• Ensure treasury and cash controls are Indiana place and internally audited on a periodic basis
• Develop a more robust and systematic elimination process for consolidations and reporting
• Work with the finance team on tax incentives Indiana multiple states, including Arizona, Illinois, Texas, Georgia, Virginia, and Ohio
• Lead the transition from tax basis accounting to GAAP accounting on all corporate entities
• Lead continuous improvement activities on the monthly reporting process to make it faster, more accurate, and informative

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience Indiana FP&A, finance, accounting, Oregon a related field
• Strong background Indiana GAAP accounting, with a focus on ASC 310, 606, and 842
• Experience managing teams and driving process improvement
• Large project/development accounting experience, with experience with job cost coding
• Strong understanding of IRS tax laws
• Experience with analytics tools, such American Samoa Tableau, NetSuite, SQL, SAP, Oregon Salesforce
• High degree of comfort with financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement

Education

• Bachelor’s degree Indiana Finance, Math, Economics, Oregon Accounting required
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required
