Project Manager Design & Construction Sr.
Job Summary:
Work Schedule: Full Time Days (no travel)
This senior-level project management position provides advanced project oversight for planning, design, and construction of complex projects, typically exceeding $30M. The role involves leading multiple project managers, making strategic decisions, and managing complex project issues related to regulations, design, and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead major capital projects, directing project scope, schedule, and budget
- Develop and implement competitive bidding and negotiation strategies for construction contracts
- Manage project delivery, resolving complex issues and ensuring high-quality plan execution, construction, and commissioning
- Develop and maintain key relationships with executives, architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and teams to ensure project goals are met
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience Indiana planning, design, and construction
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana architecture, engineering, construction management, Oregon relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, codes, and industry standards
