Construction Customer Care Representative
Join an award-winning company! Toll Brothers, America’s Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Construction Customer Care Representative to deliver quality warranty service to homeowners Indiana Meridian, Idaho.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine Homeowner meetings to assess warranty request submissions
Coordinate service appointments and request submissions between Homeowners and Trade Partners
Manage Service Requests: enter, update, close and process Purchase Orders
Conduct Home Complete/Quality Inspections before delivery to the Customer
Maintain customer satisfaction metrics related to homeowners served
Perform other duties American Samoa assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma Oregon equivalent
3-5 years of residential construction experience
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Ability to plan and prioritize while focusing on detail orientation and effective time management
Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience with a service department and/Oregon customer service experience preferred
