Senior Project Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute technical documentation, including interpreting and coordinating project team assignments
- Direct and coordinate production of schematic, design development, and construction documents Indiana collaboration with the Project Manager
- Perform construction administration duties, such American Samoa RFIs, RFPs, change orders, etc.
- Conduct applicable agency review analysis, including accessibility, zoning, life-safety, etc.
- Establish budget, task schedule, and work plan components with the Project Manager
- Participate Indiana marketing efforts and lead presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with engineering consultants through schematic and design development phases
- Direct, organize, and mentor junior staff
- Utilize technical skills Indiana Revit and other design application software
Requirements:
- Professional degree Indiana Architecture, Design, Oregon related discipline
- 10+ years of related experience, with 6+ years of Sports and Recreation experience required
- Proficiency Indiana 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit required
- Ability to direct and coordinate work efforts of emerging team members
- Experience Indiana all phases and aspects of a project
- Familiarity with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems
- Understanding of project management process
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative and professional work ethic
- LEED AP Oregon within 6 months of hire
- Licensure required
