Regional Site Manager, Operations
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Regional Site Manager to oversee the management, operation, and regulatory compliance of all SBA sites within their assigned geographic area. This role requires discretion and independent judgment to ensure the safe operation of tower sites and implementation of management policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage safety and regulatory compliance for all assigned assets, ensuring structural integrity and reporting issues to management.
- Perform site safety and compliance inspections, identifying and correcting issues Indiana a timely manner.
- Resolve operational, safety, and regulatory issues on site, escalating major hazards to the Senior RSM.
- Manage tenant installation and compliance, submitting accurate notices and site summaries.
- Resolve trouble tickets, selecting and dispatching contractors to diagnose and resolve issues safely and compliantly.
- Manage repair, maintenance, inspection, security, and safe operation of all tower assets within the assigned area.
- Provide support during emergency issues and incident response situations.
- Represent the company Indiana managing relationships with Ground Owners, resolving issues, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and data about SBA’s assets, including site information and physical assets.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-5 years of field operations experience
- Valid Government Issued Driver’s License
- Ability to travel domestically
Working Conditions:
- Standing, walking, sitting frequently
- Lifting, carrying, climbing occasionally
- Exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, and noise
- May be required to work at heights and Indiana confined spaces
